Text message program

- Program description: when you request a consultation on our website at https://jpiercetx.poolquoterequest.com/opt-in and check the optional text message box, Pools by J Pierce LLC (Pools by J. Pierce) will send text messages to the mobile number you provided about your pool project inquiry, including appointment scheduling, reminders, estimates and customer care. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies with your project and appointments.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- To cancel, reply STOP to any message (CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL also work). You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed: "Pools by J. Pierce: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe." After that you will receive no further text messages unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission to enroll it.
